Clamour from their fans, granted, but that realistically means little.Leicester will have him in their first team squad - look at their fans website - there is a clamour for him to come back (unfortunately for us).
Also gets us back into people's minds as a good place to send a loanee among Premier sides as well, which took a bit of a dent with the Matete fiasco.Clamour from their fans, granted, but that realistically means little.
What better scenario for Leicester (the club, not the fans) to have a developing CB facing a busy time every match (let’s face it, he will be), excelling (let’s face it, he will do) and upping potential sell on value. Little logic in bringing him back early and farming him out to a promotion chasing Championship team like Leeds where he won’t excel so openly.
Nelson will be starting in the PL next year, but I’m not convinced it’ll be for Leicester.
(and before you ask, I don’t think it’ll be for us either)
Didn’t realise so many Leicester fans have been watching our matches to judge Nelson’s performances.Leicester will have him in their first team squad - look at their fans website - there is a clamour for him to come back (unfortunately for us).
He played quite a few games for them in the Championship last season, so they know what he's like as a player.Didn’t realise so many Leicester fans have been watching our matches to judge Nelson’s performances.
He only played 5 games in the Championship for them last season. He was an unused sub a lot.He played quite a few games for them in the Championship last season, so they know what he's like as a player.
maybe - theres a lot of loanees not playing in fa cup rd 2 todayCurrie again not in the Orient squad for their cup game. Presumably returning in January then.
That tells you he's coming back in January.maybe - theres a lot of loanees not playing in fa cup rd 2 today
Listening to The Dub, it appears that Oxford did not allow Currie to play for Orient in the first round if the FA Cup.
Not a surprise, but it looks as if he will be recalled in Januaru.
Why wouldn’t Currie play at Millwall and Preston?Yep, surely he'll start at Exeter..
Although there may be a couple of changes to get minutes into legs, against Exeter I'd expect Des to start with out first choice left sided centre back and Currie at left back. Give them 90 minutes together before Currie's first Championship game. It's quite a good draw in that respect, a chance for Currie to find his feet in the team before tougher Championship sides ahead..
