Basically, I could apply the same "logic" to any group of people - teachers; football fans; left-handed people - and declare that they "shouldn't be here" or should be locked up as a precaution, simply because I can find a person in that category who is guilty of a crime. It's illogical nonsense.
You could reasonably argue that there's a problem with policing/enforcement of asylum seekers, but that doesn't seem to be the argument you're making. You're generalising from single cases to all asylum seekers, and condemning them all because of the actions of a subset. That is unreasonable.
