I just had one of those Facebook reminders of a post from 5 years ago:
“Nothing better than staying up until 1am to listen to Oxford United lose. Every soddIng Saturday.”
Little did think that in 5 years time I’d be (a) enjoying a season so much that I couldn’t wait for 11pm watchable KO every Saturday, and (b) enduring a premature cessation of hostilities due to a global pandemic.
“Oh my days”.
