If you actually read my post you’ll see that I have spoken of a winding up PETITION. This is fact. And it’s the second one HMRC have lodged with the courts in the past 9 months. So, if you want to have a pop at those making untrue allegations, you should turn that focus on yourself.

The most worrying thing is people like you who a) have some bizarre agenda which means any questioning of the club should be immediately leapt upon; and b) insist on playing the man rather than the ball.

Just for accuracy , the first one was withdrawn as it hadn’t been correctly served on the club. But the substance still stands over form.

It won’t be Corporation Tax. The club has about £14m of accrued losses it can use to offset against any tax liabilities from last year’s profits.

This thread is hilarious. But worrying. Some people just refuse to admit that getting a winding up order is a big deal. Twice too.

Getting a winding up order is a huge deal. Getting a winding up petition is a different matter, and is becoming part and parcel of our investment /takeover deals. Look for announcement of further Indonesian cash coming in.

Because we don't have access to the Kassam Stadium during the week and we don't own anything in the stadium, the bailiffs thought they would visit on matchday, ie yesterday, but we were one step ahead and got the full force of the military at the entrances to stop the bailiffs entering.

FFS. This means, almost certainly, that the club’s bankers will freeze their accounts. And that’s just the beginning.

Time for OxVox to step up to the plate and find out what the hell is going on at our football club. The time for niceties and cosy relationships is long since past.

Quite. This is much more than just an “oversight”. The delay in Gazetting the petition suggests HMRC gave the club some grace to finally cough up, and they simply haven’t.

Still, as long as Tiger is enjoying his time in NY, why should we worry??!

But didnt Zaki inform Oxvox members meeting that this would be dealt with in a week? and at the same meeting both Zaki and the MD , the 2 directors there .also insist that they were being HONEST in their replys to questions asked? hmmm why then does this image (below) come to mind?

With the petition being published in the Gazette, the banks will freeze the accounts. It also means any other creditors can now piggyback onto it as well. So, even if HMRC get paid, one of the other creditors can still take it forward.
If anybody tries to downplay this at all, they should be slapped down immediately. This isn’t an “oversight”. This isn’t one of those things. This isn’t waiting to pay your bills. This is willfull mismanagement of the club’s finances.

Well, if they don’t get answers on something as serious as this, then they need to be absolutely unequivocal when reporting back to the members/fans. This issue is absolutely public and needs to be treated as such.

The question here is, were they being honest and acting in good faith having been informed that all was well? Or were they simply adhering to the "cover story" as concocted by others? Is Tiger trying to pull a fast one and now has been found out?
A lot of us doubted him having any real finance of his own, have his cohorts also refused to put up anything other than lending their names and financial reputation to his cause?
