Unlike many of the commentators on here so far I would say I am a royalist, I think that we need some kind of constitutional head of state so why not a monarchy which has been part of this storied isle? And as someone who enjoys history it’s interesting to see how the likes of Henry V and Charles II have ruled over time.

That being said, it’s nice to see how everyone is coming together and recognising what a great contribution this Queen made, and what service she gave this country. Her father would be very proud I’m sure.
