General Great Things in Britain

I think you occasionally can but most of the time tea is tea with the main brands and it’s more about whether it’s been made stronger or weaker. Nothing can beat a proper cup of tea from tea leaves as opposed to tea bags though, just a bit of a faff making it.
Completely agree. As the traditional saying goes: "good tea is the colour of He-Man"

Boiling water in cup first then add the milk stir and remove Tetley t bag. We are famous world wide for a cuppa/mug of tea at Breakfast, mid morning, dinner time, afternoon and evening .

Might sound like a prat here but In Our Time on Radio 4 is essential.

"Hello. Today we're talking about the history of lungs".

And then next week it's the origins of totalitarianism.

Say what you like about it. It covers a lot of ground.

I don’t know if I have ever even listened to Radio 4, pretty certain I have never listened to Radio 3 as well, what do they even cover?

Test Match Special used to be on Radio 4 Long Wave up until pretty recently, that's all I used to listen on there.

I have listened to that on the iplayer or bbc sounds so I suppose I sort of have listened to radio 4, feel posher now. Still none the wiser about radio 3, does it even exist?

I got sick of the milk being stolen at work, so switched and really can't abide milk in tea now.
My wife has buys milk sachets off of Amazon as her workplace are too tight to provide free tea making facilities. They charge her 50p for a dash of milk to go in her tea (from her tea bags)!

The Archers! I still listen to it a bit but have no idea who anyone is or what’s going on.

I like Radio 4 because my parents always had it on and the sound is just so familiar. Radio 3 is mainly pure classical and not my thing.

Rhubarb.
Radio 3 is essentially classical music.

Radio 4 is current affairs and some great comedy, if you don’t listen you are missing out.
I'd recommend Alexei Sayle's Imaginary Sandwich Bar. A bit bizarre and lol moments interwoven. Although I do wish he'd bring back Bobby Chariot. Ah, sod yer then.
