General First Team Injury Updates

There are a lot of games in December.
He has a chance now to show what he has to offer and to stay fit.
Even if he stays fit in December, he has enough ability and is different enough to win us some extra points.
There's no doubting his ability, when fit, he's a game changer.

But he can't stay fit, in fact, he seems to struggle with staying fit in training, let alone competitive games!

He doesn't need to show us what he has to offer, we know what he has to offer, that's why he keeps getting chance after chance, what he needs to prove, is his ability to remain fit for a period of time, otherwise he's just taking up a valuable squad place.

Big month for him...

Don't disagree.

We have him for December and can't get anybody else in.

Good news if he is nearing fitness. Hopefully he is fit enough to help us win a few points. A big month for him as well.

Then at the end of the month the club can reevaluate

Don't disagree.
But let's see. I won't write him off totally.
At Luton he was excellent. 3 or 4 more of those performances off the bench couod help us win a few pointsm
Absolutely agree about his Luton performance but would add he also had fantastic support from Kioso as an overlapping fullback.
Placheta gets a lot of stick on here but in past 2 games has been isolated with virtually no support. Against Sheffield Utd I counted 5 of there players boxing him in at one stage!

Without effective wingers we are most definitely doomed .

And the Plymouth wankers were complaining he was play acting. That and the fouls on Cam, dirty Southerners.
Long has been consistently booed at Home Park ever since one of their players was sent off for a terrible tackle on him on the touchline right in front of them. It turned the game - we were losing and well under the cosh, but came back to win. Just checked and that was more than ten years ago now!
But then, as last night, there was no play acting involved. Hope he makes a speedy recovery - we're a better side with him in it imo.

No news on him yet.
Looked like he has potentially broken a bone in his foot. Waiting on xrays but there were concerns that Tyler had done the same in the playoffs before making the final so may not be serious.

Ah, the John Campbell in-off-his-gut game
