Good read as usual, Paul, thank you.
Our first two goals, as you say were well constructed. Good movement, slick passing and great finish. A sign we are improving and perhaps actually doing something technical on the training ground. But perhaps the Scunny supporters might say their defenders were a bit static?
Also the third goal, it was nice for a change to score from a scramble in the six yard box, albeit it should be noted it needed our centre half, rather than a forward, to score it.
And Jamie Mackie, he eventually succeeded in getting booked in the 90th minute, he timed that well to serve his one game suspension in the FA Cup (and the invisible game at Wycombe) then back for the league game in two weeks time (Holiday perhaps?)
But what is more important? FA Cup or league. If we treat the FA Cup seriously we are only 180 minutes, potentially with luck of the draw, from another game against the likes of Man City, A glamour game the club, the fans really like but quite bizarrely I bet KR will put out a changed, slightly weakened team next week.
