Thank you! Very good article. If your source is correct, that explains why ET has pulled back. It always seemed (to me) highly unlikely that he suddenly lost interest- and the cashflow argument seems implausible. Unfortunately, family trust intervention is exactly why Chansiri pulled the plug on funding Sheffield Wednesday. One point of pedantry- AFCW is still a fan owned club. The Don's Trust still owns 50.01% of the club, having diluted from 75% to attract external investment. If you get any more information, an updated article would be very welcome. Thanks again.

I would have liked in addition, though, some consideration of the plausibility (or lack of it) of the idea that once the JR is once and for all thrown out (and it almost certainly will be), and money can be put directly into the building of the stadium, our financial situation will be greatly improved. If so, the effects won't be felt until January, but it certainly would be very encouraging for those of us with a more optimistic stance on what's going on.

I think that's the hope left in Pandora's box for all of us now. Get that sorted and cross our fingers that that has been the hold up all along.
