Thanks Paul, great write-up. Although I think you maybe could have mentioned your concern at the recruitment team’s effectiveness recently?

FWIW I and many others clearly agree with you - sourcing a player seems to have been using a ‘stick a pin in a list of players whilst blindfolded’ approach.
