Fans Forum on Good Friday

Brilliant! Liquid Breakfast. Looking forward to it.

^^^^ thinking similar.

A good move from the club.

Can’t believe he’s kept another promise . This is getting silly

Ticket offers [emoji736]
Improved marketing [emoji736]
Improved fan engagement [emoji736]
New manager [emoji736]
Fans forum [emoji736]

Next thing you’ll know we will win all our remaining games and get in the play offs!!

Add in

training ground (not started by him) but agreed to pay what ever the rent is and sign it off. [emoji736]

Academy coaches and scouts[emoji736]

Introduction of a new u23 side[emoji736]

Improvement to the important ox4life package [emoji736]

All little steps, but all things that have been missing. Doesn’t strike me as someone who only been here 3 days and has no one running the club. Or as someone with no money, these things would not be top of the list if true.

In fact if it was a different owner, people would be getting way more excited by the exact same improvements

Wait for the criticisms.....
Yep...heres mine

Given our chairman/owner having a proven inability to grasp the concept of real-time, will it actually start on time? It'll definitely be cut short as theres the matter of a football match ongoing

IF Robinson is supposedly attending the fans forum, then who is doing the pre-match ( his first home game in charge) team talk?

Most who go to matches have something of a pre-match ritual (for luck) that will be interrupted by holding a fans forum on the same day as a match. League 1 survival hinges on amassing a certain amount of points, so why f**k about with fans and supporters superstitions ?????,

Questions, of which there are plenty, will not have enough time to be given proper consideration, so this pre-match Fans Forum is no more than a PR exercise, paying lip service to what should be the opportunity to ask questions of those with the answers, yet - & given its a bank holiday too, with travelling by public transport limited to a Sunday service- whoever decided on holding a pre match fans forum certainly HASNT got OUFC supporters interests in mind

Nor that of local to the breeze block businesses who rely on home matches for the bulk of their income

Maybe Tiger should make himself available for a fans forum on a NON match day?

Team talks aren’t held 2.5 hours before a game. In fact most managers don’t speak to the players until about an hour or so before a game and generally leave them to go through their own preparations before going in to speak to them once the warm up is done.

Most of the team talk and instructions are done the day before a game.

Nonetheless KR will slope off( to work) from the fans forum before the fans forum has run its full course. IF the fans forum is limited to a time span ( which could equate to anything given the owners' proven inability to adhere to time spans) this pre-match fans forum is highly likely to be a PR box-ticking exercise, with no real substance....... IF the start time is too early it will deprive interested parties relying on public transport of having their say.

Fans Forums SHOULD be held on non-matchdays

Spare a thought, for example, for chef at the 'bird, spent hours already planning the pre match buffet for Good Friday, sourced and acquired many of the ingredients in advance, and now the new regime decide to hold a limited time, limited access to key people, fans forum on a matchday, a matchday that is also a bank holiday with reduced public transport services.

I suspect Faz will be doing this anyway with KR observing/saying the odd thing.
