Not as embarrassing as your gaffers haircut though to be fair
odd thing to say when one of your new signings has a very similar haircut but each to their own!

That's not me! Unsurprisingly, there are quite a few Wycombe fans living in and around Oxford. I previously complimented your fans in this very threadSo nicey and nicey! Is this also you slating Oxford fans on your own forum?
"Having the misfortune to live amongst the muppets I just hope we put out our strongest side of the season. Maybe the anti football shite they spout at us can finally end. Yes we are strong at set pieces but we have a more attacking football style we are due to give someone a drubbing let’s hope it’s them. Chatting to an oxford fan the other day not confident they will be up there at the end of the season." - OX66
If it is then bye. Get the message, there is no local derby tomorrow. A derby has history, passion, just like you and Slough.
Tbh I like that kit. Curses what am I sayingOr the light and dark blue quarters.
Not really any hope of shaking off the taint of non-league in that kit.
It's not red, that's one plus point.Tb

Bristol Rovers!!! Blackburn.Or the light and dark blue quarters.

To be fair if I lived in Wycombe I'd be looking to move out ASAP tooThat's not me! Unsurprisingly, there are quite a few Wycombe fans living in and around Oxford. I previously complimented your fans in this very thread
Same thing happens when we play NorthamptonAnd here we are, 6 pages later, giving them the very oxygen needed to keep this pointless thread alive. Every f*****g time we play them this comes up. I think we’ve established that the older fan base only consider Swindon and even Reading as rivals.
Irritating neighbours, that’s about the sum of it.
Bristol Rovers!!! Blackburn.
I think there are two basic factors that make a rivalry... the main one being the violence between fans back in the day, and then with it also being a relatively local team.
With Wycombe the only one of those will ever be the being local part.... so no different than Northampton, MK etc when in the same division.
there isnt even quite a few in wycombe ffs! That's not me! Unsurprisingly, there are quite a few Wycombe fans living in and around Oxford. I previously complimented your fans in this very thread
Same ‘non argument’ with them as well @NotaswindonfanSame thing happens when we play Northampton
where as you dream of it every week. The fact that you lot have this conversation every time that we are about to play each other is quite embarrassing to be honest.
It’s a local game, end of.
Appleton's trolling of Wilder still makes me laugh when I think about it, Wilder lost it Keegan-styleSame ‘non argument’ with them as well @Notaswindonfan
On topics of rivalry if ox city ever got to the football league who would be there rivals I don’t wish to be ignorant but don’t really follow ox city but surely they don’t see us as rivals
I don’t think anyone dreams of playing Oxford United.where as you dream of it every week.
Of course it is, it’s just how people perceive rivalry. To me Swindon are our rivals all the others are the opposition.the definition of rival is 'anybody you compete against'
I don’t think anyone dreams of playing Oxford United.
Even by current league one standards you’d barely squeeze into being considered top 10 in terms of size!
We didn’t play them last seasonWe beat them last season and bar a draw/defeat have beat them for a lot of games before.
A lot closer to it than you.
Hahaha. I'm not going to deny that Oxford is a much nicer place to live in. That's an unwinnable argumentTo be fair if I lived in Wycombe I'd be looking to move out ASAP too
