I am pretty sure we have never had an appeal upheld before. I am shocked and staggered by this sudden outbrake of common sense. Long may it continue!
Hopefully we can learn a bit of that ourselves. We were good at that under Appleton, as I’m sure Lincoln will be.The wanky reaction from the Lincoln players got him sent off
I think they were going for the second yellow, which would have been deserved, I don't think even they thought it would be straight red,The wanky reaction from the Lincoln players got him sent off
Well knock me over with a feather, they rescinded his red card!
He really got away with this, because I don't think anyone would have blinked at a yellow - which would have been a red and thus a one game ban. As it it - no ban at al!
Spot on, I couldn’t believe it wasn’t downgraded to a second yellow. He really got away with this, because I don't think anyone would have blinked at a yellow - which would have been a red and thus a one game ban. As it it - no ban at al!
me too. maybe thats just not an option?Spot on, I couldn’t believe it wasn’t downgraded to a second yellow.
It seems so, strange one that.me too. maybe thats just not an option?
Exactly, patience is required with younger or inexperienced players . Look forward to seeing our younger boys coming on this season.Atkinson is clearly good - what he needs is more experience at this level and that comes with game time.
Last man is not even a thing. The ref wrong to show a red card as the tackle was not dangerous or last man. Shows how bad the ref was. Still we were just as poor as a team.
He reminds me a lot of Rob Dickie when he arrived and needs patience.Exactly, patience is required with younger or inexperienced players . Look forward to seeing our younger boys coming on this season.
because that is not an option. all they can say is the ref made a mistake (either through new evidence or through proof of a mistake in law) and remove that action. They can't change that action to another action.Spot on, I couldn’t believe it wasn’t downgraded to a second yellow.

YesIndeed. But he already had a yellow. So presumably after the removal of the red, he still has a yellow?
