I assume that this was due to Des not wanting it filmed due to trailists playing.
I wouod argue that maybe Des's change if mind is due to attention to detail.
Not that many supporters can be bothered ( a pretty meaningless friendly with YT and reserve players)

I think that this was a football decision.
Some of the errors made on communication have been very poor, but to me this is totally different ( pre season is to get the players/ team in the best place to start the season. If the occasional person gets upset due to a change of plan, tough)

I saw on the Exeter forum that they quoted the person this thread that said we were playing a 2/3rd team. It was suggested we were getting our excuses in early and doomed to relegation.

I’d say that IS our third team with exception of Sibley , Goodwin and Currie who may flitter between first and second team
