Dan Agyei gets his first international call-up for Ghana
I hadn't spotted that he's left Orient and gone to play in Turkey

Have we had a Ghanaian international player before? Although I suppose he's not our player, however I do claim Emi Martinez as being a world cup winning Oxford United player. Anyway, a player who has played for both Oxford United and Ghana.

Will also depend on him actually playing / getting a cap.

Does someone keep a record of all of our internationals? @Boris

Didn't Tariqe Fosu play for Ghana?

Yes he did - two friendlies and two African Nation Cups qualifiers - good knowledge. Wiki says he was 'removed from a training camp prior to pair of friendly matches in 2021' - I think we should be told more.

Daniel Boateng also qualifies. British born to Ghanian parents, he elected to play for Ghana in his youth.

He never made it though and his professional career was up by 2018. He’s a coach with Leyton Orient now.
Not any more

A lovely tribute shown on Sky Sports News just now, a 15th minute applause for Amelia Aplin from Watford (who she supported) against Wrexham. Every player applauding - except for…… Sam Smith.

Maybe reading too much into it, but I hope we give that horrible c**t hell when he visits in a few weeks.

He’s an absolute malign c**t. No other words.

His behaviour after scoring in Joey's memorial game was atrocious. Far too focused on his own ego to care about the importance of the day. Vile human being.
I actually gave him the benefit of the doubt that day. But no, he’s a massive, ubercunt. I mean a 15 year old girl ffs. Surely all childish grudges go out of the window in those circumstances. No other words.

You've got to be a real scummy c**t to not clap for a 15 year old Watford fan who sadly passed away

I hope he never has to experience a situation like that if any of his kids pass away ( if he has kids) I wouldn't wish that on anybody

But I really do hope one day he gets a nasty career ending injury i couldn't stand him after what he did when we played Cambridge in that match I can't stand him after what he did last night

Pat Hoban is still knocking in the goals with Glentoran

1 goal every 14 games for us, 1 goal every 2 games in the League Of Ireland. He was a gamble that didn’t work but fair play to him, he’s done brilliantly at that level. Still only 35 years old.

Leggo scored Huddersfield‘s second goal last night to go two up before the Imps, storming L1, scored two including one in injury time to salvage a draw.

Ed McGinty in the provisional Ireland squad and expected to make the final cut on Thursday.
didn't make the squad in the end

However, Fiacre Kelleher's brother Caoimhín does.
