todays OM (page 44) has a guide to the new rules n regs incoming , explained by PL ref Graham Scott... no link as yet on OM website though... it covers Substitutes, goal kicks, free kicks, Handball, penalties, Cards for coaches, coin toss, dropped ball and Ball hitting a referee ... also theres a panel regarding VAR

interesting read... hopefully itll be online later today?

was going to say the same. might be good for some of the refs we've had to brush up on the current rules before introducing new ones
