Leicester City are nearing completion of their £100 million training complex.
Some friends of ours own a farm that backs on to this, it was the former Six Hills Golf Complex until the owners were made an offer they couldn`t refuse.
The new 185 acre development has.
11 full-size pitches – including one show pitch with a 499-seater stand.
8 smaller pitches.
5 training grids,
2 goalkeeping areas,
A sports turf academy
9 hole golf course.
Offices for staff,.
Restaraunt/Dining area.
Media centre.
Rehabilitation spaces
A hydrotherapy pool.
I wonder how many Bury`s et al that could have kept alive??
