Tickets Derby away 11 Feb away tickets

Very different proposition now Warne has been sacked.

Surely got someone lined up to come in and have spent the week sorting it in the background.
You wouldn't give Warne the whole window and this week preparing the team without an appointment imminent surely?

If you're in two minds, get there to back the boys!

One of our group always orders all of our away tickets. Usually it runs smoothly enough.

For the Derby game they hadn't arrived, so he phoned the ticket office and was told that they were there, marked for collection. He responded that he'd paid for postage, and expected them to be posted. The person on the other end of the phone then said that he should come and get them as "it's only a few minutes out of your day"!!! He obviously did not accept this and demanded that they be posted as per the booking and having paid the postage fee, at which the person in the ticket office put the phone down on him! He had to wait until the following day, phone up again, and get a different person to answer and agree to post them out.

There is an arrogant and dismissive attitude from certain people within this part of the club (by no means all of them as there are some great people there) and this is holding us back and needs to be irradiated before it spreads any further. As a customer service example this incident is as bad as I've heard.

I had some quick and prompt communication this morning from the Ticket Office; Derby tickets I purchased last week are 'safe' and will be collectable from Derby. That said Colin, I did actually pay for the postage too!
