the majority of FNOs removed were legal migrants or temporary visitors, including US service people. Is that all? Just goes to show how severe the problem is.
The forum would encourage all members to consider joining OxVox during this important moment in our history. See here for more information.

Okay so what part of 'some cultures are better than others' isn't racist? Who is he to say that one culture is better than another?
Interesting that both quotes mention without swords and without guns. So basically it's going to be by peaceful means. Da'wah means to invite or call people to Islam. Basically no different to Jehovah's Witnesses setting up a stall in the market place. If you don't want to become a Muslim, it's the same as if you don't want to buy solar panelling for your house, buy some tat from a street trader or listen to a ropey rendition of Wonderwall by an up-and-coming singer - you just walk on by. It's not difficult.
Well that's completely untrue because US Service members are bound to NATO's Status of Forces Agreement which means they cannot be removed through this mechanism.the majority of FNOs removed were legal migrants or temporary visitors, including US service people.
if has been the case in quite a few cases they have been imprisoned in the Uk for offences such as rape, then they are removed at the end of their sentence.Well that's completely untrue because US Service members are bound to NATO's Status of Forces Agreement which means they cannot be removed through this mechanism.
As I said not now but not far away.................. https://www.pewresearch.org/religion/2015/04/02/religious-projections-2010-2050/
And it is not compatible with Western values.
And it is a religion practiced by people of every single skin colour so you may wish to explain exactly how the "racism" card can be played.
That's not true. All criminal cases are referred to the USUCMJ and proceedings are conducted through there. They don't get deported because no such things are in place.if has been the case in quite a few cases they have been imprisoned in the Uk for offences such as rape, then they are removed at the end of their sentence.

And what exactly is the USUCMJ? Can't find a definition of that acronym with Google.
But to add, Foreign criminals will be refused entry to the UK or have their visas cancelled in a crackdown on those posing a threat to the British public and that includes asylum seekers. a 12 month prison sentence can, and has triggered a deportation.
This was brought in by Shabana Mahmood who is not only Labour, but a Muslim too!

It’s the US Uniform Code of Military Justice, where any serving member is referred in the event of a criminal investigation. And what exactly is the USUCMJ? Can't find a definition of that acronym with Google.

Foreign criminals have no concerns about having their Visa’s revoked because they can come back by boat at any time under a new identity. The money they exit the UK with can buy them a stolen iPhone on the Chinese black market along with designer clothes. Those that await deportation are free to roam without restriction and many just disappear.
All governments have handled this dreadfully and no matter how many are removed, more will come in. A few months ago, Kier Starmer bragged about two being ridded on the same day 870 arrived and one that was removed was found to have come back a few weeks ago and was even interviewed on TV. It’s a total embarrassment.

You don't need to provide an identity when arriving on a boat. Only if you want to start the asylum process do you this. Illegal immigrants can happily sit idle in hotels for months and they can stifle any deportation attempts by faking things like there is war in their country, they are gay or they are fleeing for other humane reasons.Well apart from the photos, fingerprints and DNA that are taken on deportation as per the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999

Illegal immigrants who have not entered the country via any safe routes can reside in hotels for up to 4 weeks before they are invited to apply for asylum. If they refuse, they can still remain in residential accommodation until the very long deportation process begins. In this time, they don't have to provide their identity or any personal information. They only stay.in accommodation if they are in the asylum process.
But that is not true. If someone arrives in an irregular way, their only choice is to claim asylum. They are processed at that point.Illegal immigrants who have not entered the country via any safe routes can reside in hotels for up to 4 weeks before they are invited to apply for asylum. The entire system is deeply flawed and corrupt.

Legal advisers help migrants pose as gay to get asylum, undercover BBC investigation finds
The BBC exposes a shadow industry charging migrants thousands of pounds to help them cheat the asylum system.www.bbc.co.uk
But that is not true. If someone arrives in an irregular way, their only choice is to claim asylum. They are processed at that point.
40% of asylum claims come from those who enter legally with a visa, and those are processed at that time.
Like any system there are people working to exploit it for personal gain - look at the industry in tax avoidance.
maybe if there was a legal way to arrive and claim asylum it would help....That isn`t a problem for most people, barring the loons, we know who those people are.
Its the 60% arriving with no/dubious documentation that are the problem and the not knowing the who/what/why of the people arriving illegally.
That's not their only choice. They can happily walk off down the Cornwall beach never to be heard from again. The overwhelming majority enter the asylum process but that doesn't mean they get processed immediately - they get allocated free accommodation and after a month, decision makers inform them that they either enter a formal asylum application or they are then referred to the deportation mechanisms. As part of the latter, they are granted free access to specialist legal services - the very same organisations who have tirelessly assisted fraudulent asylum claims to full fruition. They can then tie up and game the system for as long as it takes whilst claiming full accommodation and financial support. These people are treated better than legitimate asylum seekers who have done things by the book. But that is not true. If someone arrives in an irregular way, their only choice is to claim asylum. well 40% misrepresent on a visa application, so not technically legal. As 40% of people manage it there obviously is........................ your figures.![]()
There is a perfectly legal and legitimate asylum process in place and many use this mechanism to secure permanent residency here because they may be at genuine risk back home or are looking to secure permanent employment in an industry or body. These people have to jump through extraordinary hoops and many have the foresight to begin the process as quickly as possible. Some even exit the country out of respect if their stay is surpassing, whilst their application is being reviewed and processed."These people are treated better than legitimate asylum seekers who have done things by the book."
You do realise there is no entirely legal method of claiming asylum at present. The only kind of way is to misrepresent yourself on a student/tourist/work visa application and then claim when you are here.

The 'backdoor' asylum system which is exploited to hell is where you arrive by boat, stay in a funded hotel for weeks, have no obligation to apply for asylum or even reveal your identity and then frustrate the entire process to buy as much time as possible whilst you're not allowed to work.
there is no way to claim asylum in the UK from abroad. there is no application process to do that currently. the only way you can if to enter the country on a visitor/student/work visa and then apply when here - but to do that you would need to lie in the visa application. There is a perfectly legal and legitimate asylum process in place and many use this mechanism to secure permanent residency here because they may be at genuine risk back home or are looking to secure permanent employment in an industry or body. That’s not what I said so read the paragraph again carefully. I said you can apply for asylum and then leave as a gesture to not burden the country whilst your application is processed, rather than loiter at the expense of the people. People whose stay is expiring are left in limbo especially if their claim may take a long time due to backlog or advanced screening. Many prospective immigrants who embrace the opportunity to be here leave, knowing they will be successful in gaining permanent residency. Many have income and a capacity to be a functioning member of society.there is no way to claim asylum in the UK from abroad. there is no application process to do that currently. the only way you can if to enter the country on a visitor/student/work visa and then apply when here - but to do that you would need to lie in the visa application.

Funnily enough it’s always the people with legitimate claims and an established history who have to wait the longest and face the most scrutiny.
