Afghanistan batting , currently 37-0 after 6 overs

match is in Taunton ( just down the road from where I am ) - weather here very changeable, sun out now after a short deluge of rain lasting ten mins, its been similar all day so far too ...Ive a feeling this match will be a stop-start affair , with probably Duckworth n Lewis having a 'say'

373-6 after 49 overs .... should exceed 375 .... impressive batting in the main

similar standard of bowling n fielding please

Afghan's tail is starting to wag! 171-9 ...with 10 overs to go

although not Afghan's best score in this World cup, its the longest they've stayed at the crease

Blimey! if the first over is any indication NZ aren't going to hang around scoring 11 off 5 balls, after Afghanistan took a wicket with the first ball

Rashid Khan sitting out the Afghanistan bowl n field session as a precaution after'heading' a bouncer when batting

comparably these two sides after 15 overs are more or less the same

it was shortly after 15 overs that Afghan' wickets went in a bit of a flurry

unlikely, but not impossible, for the same fate for NZ?

Difference is NZ know what they're chasing, less than 3 an over. No need to take chances
