Probably been asked on the previous Cov away thread but....
Just bought 2 tickets, paid for postage, hoping enough time to arrive. Got the confirmation email and it says tickets can be added to Google Pay/Apple Wallet? Did I see someone say before that this does not work despite the option on the email? Would not have bothered with postage otherwise!!!

Didn't work on my email

More frustrating was got tickets in basket, went to pay...... then the profile loop of death.....the club needs to get that sorted once and for all...
It is a stupid system but I've never actually got into a loop - I just select ticketing from linked accounts and that's it! Bob's your Uncle, Fanny's your Aunt.

What pisses me off is paying £4 in fees and postage on a £15 ticket, making it £19, or 27% more than it's advertised. Rip off bastards.

On my laptop no problem but on my mobile you go back to your profile... bizarre

Bearing in mind Monday is Bank Holiday, there is not a lot of time for the post to arrive or sort out the non-delivery of the ticket with the ticket office. ie If ticket hasn't arrived by Saturday, ticket office is probably closed on Monday which then gets us to matchday and only a few hours on Tuesday morning for the super Gemma to sort out duplicate tickets.

If I'm going, I will wait till Sunday then order online and request "collection" which means (well should do!) the tickets are automatically available to pick up outside the away turnstile just before the match. Hopefully also save £2 postage.

Yeah think this is the issue some Oxford fans (including my nephew) had at the league fixture, that the system "cocked up" and those tickets weren't available at the ground to fans despite having proof of purchase on their phones. Got a refund easy enough, but a wasted trip to Coventry.

Why the hell did they wait until today before putting the tickets up for sale? Is someone deliberately trying to P**s everyone off by adding risk and uncertainty to what should be a very simple process.
