Can't for the life of me find a decent real ale here in Sweden. Only ales here are IPAs or the occasional Spitfire or London Pride (both of which are the Carling of the real ale world).

Harvey's Best Bitter.

I was living in East Sussex for a few years and this was in nearly every pub. I'm not usually that into bitters, but this one is fantastic.

Drinking Harvey's was the first time I ever noticed a difference in taste between pubs and realised the way ales are stored was actually important. Until then I'd assumed it was pretentious waffling by CAMRA members (no offence intended - as I say, I have changed my opinion now!)
