Received an email today telling me to create a Yellows Account as I don't have one.

The email address they sent it to is the one registered to my already existing Yellows Account.
It’s not just OUFC though is it? Customer service is getting more shambolic daily everywhere it seems.

Cheshire East Council have replied to my complaint submitted via via their online complaints portal, suggesting that I may want to submit a complaint via their online complaints portal and really helpfully sent me a link.

Calling the Complaints number led to them not being able to find my complain, despite quoting the reference number,, being transferred to someone who couldn’t help for various reasons and gave me the number of the complaints department to call as they cannot transfer calls there……

Do you ever feel yourself morphing into Basil Fawlty?

I've not had a chance to read it. But has anyone else had one titled "Gary - Budget & Transfer Plans for Jan". Looks like there's a big Excel list attached.
Yeah, no big deal. I corrected a few issues and amended the figures. Really, some of them were just ridiculously low. I've sent it back with instructions to action asap - ready for when the window opens, of course.

Thank you! I've got Allan on the phone now. Seems happy with the offer of minimum wage and a £25 voucher for the club shop.

More council tax please sir.

I received said email.

But weirdly, I've been receiving every email from the club twice since they did the system upgrades. However, with this email, it was only received once.

Of course, when I clicked through, it told me I already had an account with that email....

I get slightly different duplicate emails. For an away game, I get one saying "safe travels" or something similar, and another saying "how to listen at home". So I reckon something to do with ticketing perhaps on different database to yellows account?

I need to work out how to turn this setting off at work.

Email your boss “stick your s**t job up your a**e” and it all stops, it’s like a secret code, they even stop sending you payslips.

Really? I think the clothes look great and the club should be applauded for linking up with Boys get sad too.

More work like this would be terrific.
Agreed, my only comment would be that from what I hear, the quality of the clothing they produce isn't great, so £50 for a very basic hoodie could be considered a lot if it isn't the club sourcing the hoodies.

I’ve got a hoodie and a t-shirt, and they’re both good quality

Don't get me wrong, I love what BGST do and think it's a brilliant collaboration - I just don't particularly like the colours used or the way they've combined the elements.

I'd much prefer a brighter yellow and blue reworking of the BGST design with just a subtle OUFC element somewhere - I think they way the name has been added underneath looks pretty tacky.

Yep agree with this, it’s a brilliant collaboration but for me OUFC are too prominent and mess up an originally cool design.

I mean, Oxford United do make me sad too but not sure that’s the message they’re after.
