It’s not just OUFC though is it? Customer service is getting more shambolic daily everywhere it seems.Received an email today telling me to create a Yellows Account as I don't have one.
The email address they sent it to is the one registered to my already existing Yellows Account.
Cheshire East Council have replied to my complaint submitted via via their online complaints portal, suggesting that I may want to submit a complaint via their online complaints portal and really helpfully sent me a link.
Calling the Complaints number led to them not being able to find my complain, despite quoting the reference number,, being transferred to someone who couldn’t help for various reasons and gave me the number of the complaints department to call as they cannot transfer calls there……
