General Club survey 24/25 season

Just completed a survey sent out via email from the club.
Most of it was well put together with relevant options and room for comments. However, and this seems to be a trend, at least one section becomes a little confusing. It's disappointing that the club still struggles with these things. Referencing this season and then asking if, for example, I attended the pre-match Christmas activity?
Match day experience went on to ask about cleanliness in the ground, how was the catering and then immediately asks about the friendliness of the stewards/staff.

I've completed, and left several comments but, how much better these things could be if put together properly.

Thought it was really well done and clear. I've done it, important we all do.

Just completed the survey. I thought it said answer the survey with answers from within the last 12 months not this season?

Couldn't help but go in hard with the cleanliness of the stadium and the surroundings as it's a complete disgrace but I did mention that Kassam should be doing the upkeep and the club can only do so much.
 
Done. Do not like the trend to have options to "Agree/Strongly agree" etc (surely you agree or disagree) but that's probably just me.

Survey did seem to lose focus towards the end - either somone added some points to bulk it out or it went live without the last section being subjected to the same checks as the previous ones.

But overall, I agree it was a worthwhile exercise....

I tried to complete it but because I've never shopped online I couldn't answer the question but it wouldn't let me proceed without answering, so I gave up at that point

I included a comment about how the commercial dept have treated Michael and Sue
