Not much you can do when you’ve got a white shirt I suppose but that just looks like a T shirt, let’s all be grateful for yellow and blue!

A bit of a ‘squabble’ at Watford where the front of shirt sponsor Mr Q casino have insisted on their blue branding rather than black favoured by Watford FC.

Apparently this is supposed to look a bit like the Pakistan cricket teams kit to attract the large Pakistani community that live in Blackburn but don’t attend games in any great number, can’t say I really see the similarities myself, slightly similar colour. When you have so many empty seats that you are regularly giving away fans 6,000 tickets I suppose you might try something even if it’s just try and put a fairly strange spin on a similar coloured stock range football kit.

Just as it is would be perfect, the British racing green would be a great nod to Oxfordshire's motor racing and motor manufacturing heritage.
