It might seem early to be starting this thread but tickets went on general admission earlier this week and sales are extremely strong.

As of Saturday 16th November there are only 918 home seats remaining with the North, East and South (Upper) Stands all selling fast.

Remaining seats are distributed by Stand -

North 113, East 102, South Upper 145, South Lower 558.

Boxing Day has always sold very strongly and this will likely sell out (and go to the ticket exchange stage) in November given the current rate of take up so get your tickets bought early if you are planning on bringing extra friends or family to the match.

Tickets are continuing to sell extremely fast for our Boxing Day match.

At 4.15pm on Monday (18th November) there are now just 486 home seats left. That means 432 more sales in less than 48 hours since Saturday evening!

We could easily be heading to the virtually sold out/ticket exchange stage this week.

The remaining seats are distributed by Stand as follows: North 58, East 46, South Upper 57, South Lower 325.

Very few seats together now other than in the end sections of South Stand Lower.

Get your tickets bought quickly if you haven’t already!

I was talking to someone yesterday who goes to occasional games. They said that 7 of them were looking to go up on Boxing Day and assumed that they would be able to buy on the day!!! Told them that they needed to act straight away or face getting lots of single seats and they booked yesterday afternoon.

Think that there will be lots of disappointed fans for this one. Although an early sell out will hopefully push people towards the Plymouth game on 29th or maybe even the Millwall game if marketed right.

I know it raises some other difficulties, but I think it would help a lot if the club would set up the online ticketing system to not allow single tickets to be left over. It causes big problems in the Family Stand and East Stand in particular. Small children can't sit on their own, so the single seats end up being sold to adults, which defeats the point of the family stand. "Lads" buy a load of single tickets in the East stand and then insist on standing together, which creates unnecessary arguments.

I bought 3 tickets in the family stand from 4 that were available together, purely because they were near an aisle so easy to get my little boy out to the toilet. Selfish bastards like me need legislation to stop us, for the greater good...

6pm update on Tuesday and there are now only 370 home seats left for Boxing Day, with another 116 sales in the past 24 hours.

Remaining seats are split by Stand:

North 55, East 38, South Upper 45, South Lower 232

Another 60 sales already today by 5.45pm and we are now down to 245 home seats available for Boxing Day - North 51, East 31, South Upper 35, South Lower 128.

Although it's a long way away, and there will be a lengthy month in advance to buy tickets, It's a shame that Plymouth sales for the 29th December aren't going on general sale until next Friday (29th November) as the Cardiff match will effectively sell out this week (leaving just ticket resales/exchanges available and these are likely to be few in number) and there will be no opportunity to re-direct those who may miss out on Cardiff to the Plymouth game (3 days later over the Christmas period) for a week.

Middleborough is all but sold out (just 13 original seats remain), Cardiff will sell out more than a month in advance, Millwall match has less than 900 seats available and Sheffield Wednesday and Plymouth should both sell out as well in December with Saturday 3pm kick offs, so that will hopefully mean all our Championship home matches in 2024 will have sold out except for the Hull Tuesday evening match.

Good work, Curragh.

Out of interest, have you done a Sheffield Wednesday count? I have it also selling very well, with only 1,030 tickets left just now, so another definite sell out.

What a teriffic first half of the Championship season.
Sell outs for all but one home game - the boxing day game a month in advance.

I saw a table suggesting that our away support has been 12th in the Division so far as well.

Better than that, our current away average of 1,830 is tenth in the Championship, above clubs such as Middlesbrough, Cardiff, Norwich, QPR, Stoke, and Bristol City.

Last time I looked it was over three times that of a certain club down the A420!

Got family visiting when that game is on, I need to get 5, maybe 6 tickets for that, not only all together, but also next to/ in front of where my , my sis and nephew ST's seats are, so we can all watch the game together

Can season ticket holders not buy extra tickets now for Plymouth?
Might be worth ringing the TO and see if you can buy the seats you want now.

sadly not, have to wait until midday Nov 29 ( a week tomorrow) when they go on general sale - I asked earlier (in person) at the TO, - when was getting a ticket for Sheff Wed game for my middle Granddaughter ( who is an U18 member)

Not really to do with this but as we have moved onto other games with Cardiff nearly sold out, has a date for Leeds away tickets going on sale gone out yet?

Away ticket details are published within a day or two of the club being given details. However, this changes club by club and is often between 2-4 weeks prior to the date of the game.

I think you'll be lucky to find six seats together where you want (assuming they are in a good location in the South Stand), so recommend that you are at the ticket office as soon as they go on general sale, and hope they stick to the published on-sale time. Or perhaps be willing to move your three ST seats to an area that has more availability like the South Stand corners.

fingers crossed we'll get em closish together for the Plymouth game

friend of mine got 3 seats together for the Cardiff game yesterday afternoon - ( block 8 SSL-one of the corners)

1.30pm update on Friday and we are now down to 159 home seats available - by Stand: North 40 (couple together in back row of central block 25), East 22 (all singles), South Upper 30 and South Lower 67 (few together in end blocks).

That's another 36 sales already today so this will likely be very close to a full sell out (in terms of original seats anyway) by the end of the weekend.

10.30am update on Sunday and there are now just 73 home seats left for this match, all singles.

8 blocks completely sold out and remaining seats distributed by Stand - North 26, East 15, South Upper 17, South Lower 15.

Imagine we will be close to fully sold out of original seats by tonight (remarkably a month before the game!) and that the club will open up the ticket exchange facility tomorrow.

5.15pm update on Monday (25th) and as forecast the ticket exchange mechanism has now been opened up for Boxing Day against Cardiff, a full month ahead of the match.

There are currently 42 original seats and 38 exchange seats available so 80 seats in total - some nice exchange seats together in the North Stand (family section) and a few together also in the East Stand and South Stand Upper for anyone looking to buy more than one seat.

1.00pm update on Wednesday

With the ticket exchange in full swing, there are now 88 home seats available for Boxing Day - 27 original seats and 61 exchange seats

Seats currently available are distributed by Stand - North 16, East 46, South Upper 14, South Lower 12

Any exchange tickets in groups together sell very quickly and the vast majority of availability comprises single seats.

1.30pm update on Tuesday (3rd December)

All original seats are now gone meaning an official sell out already.

There are just 23 exchange seats available currently (East Stand 14, South Lower 7, South Upper 2 & none in the North Stand).

Obviously more exchange tickets may become available over the next few weeks and it's possible the club will release some additional seats also (e.g. unsold Icons packages) but these are likely to be few in number with 100+ exchange seats already snapped up, so grab one of the handful of remaining seats if you're keen to go and haven't purchased yet.

And yet we will all be looking at the ludicrously large segregation, again.

Something really needs to give with that. It's utterly bizarre that we are losing out on revenue but more importantly, cannot get more supporters into the stadium.

Would have loved to come to this one ideally with some mates, but MIL is having knee surgery around Xmas, so may be stuck near the South coast for most of the festive period.

She'll have to put up with a bit of Sky+ on the TV instead then to 'help' her recovery.

Excellent crowd yesterday, as is typically the case for Boxing Day anyway.

It remains a shame that there are still so many visibly empty seats, though. There must have been around 150 in the East Stand, the same if not a few more in the North, and I can’t tell in the SS as I’m in it. A lot of the tickets in the East stand I’d imagine are ST holders, as the seats were mostly left of centre about half way back.

Hopefully, if we stay up, the club implement a system next year that works on reducing the ability for ST holders to miss games at will, without putting their ticket up for exchange.

Hopefully, those that didn’t attend will be enticed back on Sunday after a cracking result!

I disagree with this quite strongly, I pay for my ticket, if I choose to miss a game and not flog it, that's my prerogative.

There are a significant number of people that go in groups, if one or two can't go, they shouldn't be forced to have one or more randomers sit in the middle of them.
