I remember that game, beforehand I chatted to a Chelsea fan at the bus stop and joked that it would probably end 4-4, which it did. Don't know if Sean Reck played though - all I remember of him is an own goal.

I have a memory of Sean Reck hitting our crossbar with a header from outside the box against Hull. Could be wrong though.

Maybe that’s what I’m remembering about him.

All I remember about Darren Jackson is a catastrophic own goal against Millwall.

According to Jerome, it sounds as if Brannagan would have been on the bench at Sheffield United.

Significant news which means he should be fit to be involved against MK. It’d be good to get him 25/30 minutes to increase his sharpness before the Bristol City game.

Hopefully he was fully ready, I’m not sure I’d risk him at MK against lower league lumps, this will be their big night to get a scalp and can see a few late challenges coming in.

LOL lower league lumps like Liam Kelly? TBH I don't think MK Dons will regard us as a scalp, we may well be playing them next season for real.

Lower league lumps?

You are wildly overestimating our current position and status.

You do realise come September we could be playing them in the league.

Why are MK so certain to use the late challenge approach?

Do you also think we will win there five nil?

‘lower league lumps’ was a bit tongue in cheek, but I do see us as a ‘Scalp’ simply because we are in the championship, if MK win, the reports will no doubt say ‘Scalp’ wether be think we are or not, we are there to be taken against lower league level opposition, who’s timing and first touch isn’t up to the standards we are playing against and what we set ourselves. That’s why I wouldn’t risk Cam in this match.
