Our asset as well. He’s prone to the odd stinker too when he doesn’t hit the ground running but he seems to be growing into himself and with Roosken presumably low on confidence he has to start at Pompey!

Strong, aggressive and a good tackler.
He was really good at the start of the season and was teriffic for NI v Italy
Really hoping that he is with us next season regardless of which Division we are in.

Would like to see him at right back when we can, no slight on Long who is doing a fine job but he probably has a higher ceiling and it’s obviously a more natural position for him.

Yes agree.
His excellent performance for NI was at left back and he is good there, but agree that RB is likely to be his better position
