Current Staff Bristol Rovers Protest?

It’s time to get the bed sheets out & the masking tape out.

Robinson Out or Karl Out banners at the ready for Saturday.
Make sure they’re within stadium mandated regs people!

Nah f**k that.

Club just trying to make it difficult for banners to come in.

Just fold it up & hide it under your coat
I’m only joshing. Wouldn’t be surprised to hear from OUSP again before Saturday though, reminding us of how to behave politely with small banners and no bad language.

Hopefully the latter will also be applied to club staff…

Who operates the score board?

Bung ‘em a tenner and have Robbo Out glaring out from the fence end.

Or better still infiltrate the pitch advertising boards with a startled looking TW running away whilst looking over his shoulder at a baying mob of yellow shirted, pitchfork wielding octogenarians.

The general feeling amongst our usual group of ST holders is that they won’t attend again, until he goes. Either home or away games.

A few attempts have been made to try and rally people into protesting - both previously and for this Saturday and there just isn’t the desire of enough of the fan base to really make a stand. It’s unfortunate but it’s true. We are a liberal fan base and that shines through on occasions like these where we are being utterly shafted by a bloke who lacks integrity and 2 blokes who lack a set of B*****s.

Those willing to allow this to continue, without making any kind of concerted effort to influence change deserve everything we get when this finally unravels.

Its been unravelling for some time........ and we are already getting it.

Protests will make diddly difference, because there is one thing driving this project and it is not a love for the club, it is not the results on the pitch, its not the personnel, its the money.

If the stadium development does not go smoothly the money men will be gone faster than you can say "We are going on a journey".....

Boycott is stupid.

Fans singing Robinson Out from the off is needed. Won’t happen though because our support is pathetic. Even given the opportunity yesterday the away end clapped the players.
Only just seen this, but you seem to enjoy calling out fellow fans. 'Pathetic' on top of having a go at the number of tickets sold at Wycombe and then 'enjoying' the game from the comfort of your own front room.

There are plenty of others acting in the same divisive manner as if they have some unique insight ("I told you so before the season started"), 'boycotting' games they weren't going to anyway and referring to 'happy clappers'.

Apart from the odd troll, we are all generally of the same view here - extremely disappointed at the way last season ended, underwhelmed by the transfer window and increasingly furious at Robinson's inept management and the board's unwillingness to confront that. However, people have the right to choose how to react at a game - it's not pathetic.

We disagree.

I think a large section of fans clapping the players at full time Saturday was a disgrace.

Why do they get off so lightly yet Robinson is the only one who gets stick?

It was PATHETIC that fans boo’d Robinson who then shot down the tunnel then clapped the group of players who came over separately.

They were s**t collectivity Saturday v a poor Cambridge side.

Is there any stomach in anything coordinated on Saturday.
Come on, this is our f*****g club. We cant just let 10 or 30 represent what we all.think, and act.on their own

The poison in our club has to go and its only through actions will we get rid if him.
KR OUT NOW!

There used to be a time when players would get told your not fit to wear the shirt now it's we need to support the players but not the manager... Imo they are all one the players have been crap this season half of them can't be bothered the other half aren't good enough unfortunately..the manager isn't good enough he's lost his marbles...the board are about as much use as a chocolate tea-pot it's not just one person it's the club from top to bottom that has been s**t for the past 18 months

Edit: the only positive our the youth teams and women team

Some great ideas here.

I agree, let's slate the players. I'm sure if we lay into them enough it'll get the right reaction. They definitely won't think 'where's the motivation in playing for these fans?' and down tools for the rest of the season.

Or, just another idea, we could continue to focus our frustrations at the manager and board, let the players know that we know it's not their fault the tactics and team selections are terrible, and then, having kept the players on side, we may just have a platform to go off if/when Robinson finally gets sacked.

The current players will still be the current players as and when Robinson is given the heave. We will need those same players to stand up and fight for OUFC. There is a team in amongst them and, given the right guidance, there is no reason to not believe that they could get those points required to stay up. Obviously, if Robinson does not go, the problems remain. Poor selection, poor formation, poor tactics and the only motivation being not bullied by the man tasked with looking after them.
Mrs L and myself will happily join in with the boos towards Robinson but, if the players perform, we will applaud them.
I can see Saturday being something of a watershed amongst the collective support. If we lose, or even go a goal down, the tide will turn and no matter how many stewards or security guards will stop the directors hearing or seeing.

This is the frustration for me.

We're not taling about a useless squad devoid of talent that would struggle under anyone.

Imagine if KR was let go before Saturday. The release would be palpable and everyone would be free to get 100% behind the team (under literally any manager using them effectively).

I'm not joking when I say I could see us winning 4-0 against a poor Rovers in that scenario - and going on to finish the season on 55+ points.

This is my issue with not removing KR. There is no coming back for KR, fans have made their mind up. Removing KR would allow the fans to immediately rally around whoever takes charge and to focus on achieving 50 points. Whilst KR stays the psychodrama continues and distracts from the very real on field issues. A constant death loop.

I’m already dreading the ‘told you so, said I knew what I was doing’ if we achieve the necessary points (with him in post) as if that’s some sort of great success.

Is Karl in spain this week? That might help. A bit of gardening leave SK taking charge for a game whats not to love?

I think a protest, next to a oak tree . Next to the fence end, would be tinpot & embarrassing. Rovers fans would love that😂😂. If you don't like what's going on, with team , manager, the board. Simple don't go, there's loads doing it already .season ticket holders, walk-ups,casuals.
If no one turned up, they're get the message dam right. You keep turning up, they won't mind half as much.. unless the dreaded,is in the pipeline??????

I still like the tennis ball idea to be honest, KR OUT written on them... Tim can take them home to play with his dog, Karl will love chewing on them
