General boys to men? food for thought ?

during yesterdays post match interview, KR mentioned something along the lines of a number of our ( his) players being 'boys' .... citing them being in their early 20s ...... saw this (below) pic of potential England players for the 2022 world cup, which given our gaffers comments after yesterdays game, I wonder what his perspective would be about the future (probable) England squad? .......
