Bob Ody passed away quietly and peacefully on Wednesday 17th November 2021 aged 81 at Burford Nursing Home.
He had been living with Alzheimer's for the last couple of years.
He was a long time season ticket holder in row J, South Stand Lower and at The Manor before that.
I sat with him on Tuesday evening listening to the FA Cup replay game on the radio, but luckily he never woke up!
His last game at Grenoble Road was just before lockdown and he also went to Wembley as a cardboard cut out.
I'll hopefully be coming to the Fleetwood game on Tuesday night and I'm planning on bringing his cardboard cut out along for one last time.
If you see us please come and say hello.
COYY.
