General Best ever OUFC free kick?

Jim Magilton away at Leeds in the FA Cup ( in extra time) is right up there for me

It was one of the last times he kicked a ball in an Oxford shirt, if memory serves he was sold the next day

He scored a cracking free kick away to Charlton in that season they played their home games at Crystal Palace

Re-watching Chris Maguire's nonchalant free kick away at Boro, it got me wondering about other great OUFC free kicks. What other memorable ones are up there for you?

The other one that immediately comes to mind is Brannagan vs Cardiff.

I also remember Maguire's free kick, but against Bolton in the spring of 2017. That hit into the top corner was simply perfect.

Great goal, but that wasn't a free kick though, he ran through and chipped the keeper.

Josh Payne v Northampton (2010), 0.25s in and filmed on a potato.

Dean Whitehead v Northampton (2003), 0.7s in and also filmed on a boiled potato.

That Dean Whitehead one is the one that immediately came to my mind. Absolutely smacked it into the top corner!

Dean Whitehead v Darlington (03/04), around 32 seconds.

Always stuck in my head this game. Probably because of Woodman's antics prior.

Most of Simmos. He could bend the ball far better than bloody Beckham or that Brazillian guy.

The first person I saw score a free kick live, one of those players who probably doesn't get enough mentions, was class for us.

Simpson free kick here v Fulham in 1989, 5:10. Eventful game, but awful result. Was that the last time we played Fulham?
