Leicester keep an eye on two of their 10 loanees, Nelson and Tom Cannon (at Stoke), to see whether they're good enough to be first teamers next season.

That is the article in one sentence. Somehow the journalist managed to stretch it to 4 sentences, without giving any more information.

That is all the article says. Someone actually published an "article" to say that. Parent club keeps an eye on players sent on loan. Bloody hell, whatever next? No extra details. Nothing. Possibly the most pointless piece of clickbait "journalism" I've ever encountered - and I've clicked on some very speculative links in my time.

People say Goodrham has got a high ceiling but this guy looks something else, by far the most promising player at the club. A real Rolls-Royce of a defender who simply oozes class. Wish he was ours rather than just on loan as you’d have thought he’ll be worth millions one day if he keeps developing like this and avoids injury. Tall, quick, strong, reads the game well, lovely technique when hitting the ball, calm under pressure and seems to have a good temperament.

Hope we keep him all season.

We’ve got history with Leicester and centre backs. They’ve had two off us in Elliott and Gilly, we’ve had Moore. Let us keep Nelson and we’ll call it quits. If only 😩😩

I doubt Leicester would sell him for any less than 7.5 million already, its crazy how valuable some of these players have become.

This guy can play a bit can't he? Couldn't give him man of the match yesterday because he made a really poor pass in both halves that easily could have cost us but for the other 89.5 minutes he was unbelievable.

He's clearly at this level to learn his trade and get those mistakes out of his game and when he does he's going to be a top level defender. Massive, strong, some pace and when he heads the ball it stays headed. Generally excellent on the ball, both carrying it out and passing, a couple of his balls to Goodrham were superb and he also drills them through the middle which helps break the lines a bit. While they seemed to sit off him in the first half Derby put more pressure on him in the second but still he was brushing past the likes of Yates, it was like watching a a teenager playing football with his little brothers mates at time with how easy he made it look. Class act.

No, sorry, I've still not got the gist.

Can you interpret it for me again please?

He was outstanding last night. A couple of sloppy passes, but he's got balance, pace, a great leap- and he's very calm. And I've not seen a defender ping a ball like that over 30-40 yards since Matt Elliott (apologies to anyone aged under 35!). My only worry is that Leicester recall him in January.

Saw in this article that Leicester have the ability to recall him in Jan- which is unfortunate but to be expected given the other suitors that were after him and the high regard Leicester hold him in

All loans include an option to recall at the half way point to protect all parties.

That would probably mean we bring in 2 new center backs in Jan instead of the 1 we planned to

I think we are still sore from Beadle so understandably jumpy, but I can't see why they'd do that now we are in the championship and he is getting a good run of games
