I (obviously) haven't seen him enough in non-match, non-Oxford situations to tell how much talent he has. But the truth is that you need more than just talent to make it in football. Natural talent, the willingness to learn and improve, self -discipline, bravery, self-belief, the ability to make the most of what you've got etc etc are all part of the mix.

Anyway, I think it's a moot point and (as has been said) a matter of opinion - I would be completely amazed to see him in a yellow shirt again. Unless he joins Burton perhaps.
