So the Leeds striker Bamford gets a 2 game for deceiving the ref.
But if the red card for the Aston Villa player had not been rescinded the Villa player would have had a 3 game ban.
Surely, the punishment for deceiving the ref should be something like 3 * the penalty for what he was trying to deceive the ref about. So a 9 game ban would be appropriate.

agree .... Bamford got off (too) lightly !
 
If you listen to some Leeds fans, the ban wasn't long enough on Bamford.
 
Wonder if they will apply similar punishments to the Premiership players that go down at the at the merest touch. I suspect not.
 
2 or 3 game ban doesnt make a difference, he is still destined to get the winner against Villa in the play-off final

Either that or gets a last minute legitimate penalty claim turned down which means Villa go through?
