It’s not the club giving the balloons away. And like all other rubbish dropped in the stadium will be cleared up I assume.

Rrcycled too? Hope so. Otherwise the club is contributing to an already large, goibal problem. We (UK) aren’t banning things like cotton buds and straws (in their current form) because it’s not a serious issue.
