Is there a perfect club owner?
You have criticised both our recent owners on their arrival, IF SD did get involved would you criticise Santori if he was a backer?
I think the Leicester owner goes down as one of the best. And would probably have had exactly the same associates as tiger. Including Shinawatra. But he can be judged a good owner on what he achieved . It’s very easy in hindsight to judge people as it’s only then u have all their intentions and actions laid out before you. Have we ever had a perfect owner ? One that didn’t have some warning signs, or questions about their intentions ? Who acted fully in the best interests of the club.

I do hope that you're right, but when we've only managed 7 wins from 28 so far, getting 6 from our final 18 is certainly ambitious. We've also only managed 5 points from our last 6 league games. Unfortunately, I set more stock by the longer term trend than a solo result. Whilst the win against Pompey suggests that we *can* beat anyone, it's not clear that we *will*!
4 in the last two though, so that’s promotion form. Over the last 16 games we are 9th in the league averaging 1.5 points a game with 24 in total if you want a longer trend. Of course in the only table that matters we are down among the dead men, but that’s mostly because of that truly awful start, even the bad Xmas results can’t hide that we have improved (although it would of been hard not to we were so bad).

If (big if) we can get a decent forward in the next few days I think we can stay up, maybe and probably necessarily a game or two early, that’s not to hide that it’s been a bad season and it will be a worrying summer after the last two disasters but I am quietly confident we will be in league one next season, after that god knows though.

Well I doubt we will get better than decent, although fingers crossed, but hopefully an effective forward at league one level (wherever he comes from) isn’t completely unattainable.

Robinson has had two goes and failed, we must of signed around double figure forwards since the last success, law of averages suggests we must get a decent one eventually.

Not discounting KR preferring to sign a midfielder or two instead of course, pretty obvious where his preference lies.

I hope he is watching Barnet v Brentford. Barnet have a good goalscorer on there. Given their average crowds are 1300...£18000 per home game, surely we can risk £250000 bid for him...hang on a minute, we are talking Tiger so maybe not

Also I see VAR not available and Brentford get a lucky equaliser just when it looked like Frank could be losing his job

Barnet make their money from their sports complex/training facility rather than being reliant on gate receipts.

Everybody seems to have an angle to help them out financially and make things work, except us. Somebody posted earlier about all our relegation rivals being in the same boat as us so why shouldn’t it be us that survives the drop? Just maybe the answer to that is because we’re a bigger clusterf#ck than everyone else..?

Tbf, Barnet wangled the site from Wealdstone a bit like AFC Wimbledon did to Kingstonian. Plenty of clubs are basically up sh1t street financially like we are.
