Me too please. The highlight of every 12 year olds school trip. Think I even spent my pocket money on a postcard of them.

Before the West Brom game I took my 7 year old to Pitt Rivers. I had spent the preceding week and the entire train journey there banging on about how brilliant the shrunken heads were and confidently (but inaccurately) explaining to him how they were made. When we got there, we couldn't find them. I asked a member of staff who replied in the tone of someone who had been asked this question several times a day for the last 5 years!

Last time I felt so disgusted with a local institution was when I discovered that Wallingford Town Council had blocked off the castle mound and stopped looking after it. In that case I bust my way in, complete with my then 6 year old, and climbed it anyway, ranting all the way up about how they'd stolen his birthright. Unfortunately, going in search of the shrunken heads was more impractical, so we went to the pub instead.
 
I could go down, I’m always glad of an excuse to use their cafe, but I’m gonna need more information
 
It is moments like this when I really question whether I am happy that we're so much more successful now, do we really want to be a top 30 club?! 😂 If we were still languishing down in the Conference I don't think we'd see a flowery collaboration with the Ashmolean! P.S. Before anyone gets annoyed about this, obviously I'm delighted to be in the second tier again, it's just difficult to stomach the rampant commercialisation of modern football!
 
Essentially trying to work out with my missus whether this would be a good ‘Festival Shirt’… jury is still out
 
Surprised they didn't put the Truck badge on this and market it as the new Truck shirt

If I was to honestly hazard a guess, maybe potential Asian customers in the Ashmolean shop itself. Potentially racially profiling there but it’s the sort of collab that could well sell to that market.
 
I'm guessing we won't see too many of those in the stands.
 
Oooh, long sleeves as well. We haven’t had a long-sleeved shirt since 2008.

Not for me at all, but no doubt it will be sold-out in no time at all.

The phrase “this summer” perhaps suggests it might appear during the 2026 pre-season.

It also makes me wonder whether Macron have extended their contract with OUFC, as I believe it was due to end this season.

I remember TW talking about discussing commercial partnerships with businesses in Indonesia during the tour. My immediate thought at the time was it might be Mills, the Jakarta-based kit supplier currently fitting out Tranmere Rovers.

Now I’m starting to wonder whether Macron will be around much longer.
