General Around the leagues

A shame we've never had an FA Cup against Oxford City in the modern era. Would be quite the spectacle (albeit I'd be petrified that we'd lost it - particularly if we were playing 'away'!)
God no, I'm glad it hasn't happened. Can you imagine losing to them with a close relative owning the club? It was bad enough that Justin played for Marlow at the time they beat us in the FA Cup, let alone a club he owns doing it...

Haha - given that they've also got multiple former OUFC players - and members of staff - it would certainly be very incestuous (so to speak!)

Watching Bolton Vs West Ham and being reminded what a bizarre decision it was to ever let RR leave. Full of quality and industry in that 10 role against a very good West Ham side.
A player too technically good for a manager of Rowett’s quality, sadly. Whilst Ed Waldron thought that Luke Harris was an adequate replacement.

Superb player.

He frustrated people because he could go quiet but you normally get that with a player like him.

We were so creatively blunt at times without him. Some of his assists were pure wizardry

I was a big RR fan but I had to admit that he just wasn't physical enough and got caught on the ball too often to cut it at champ level. I expect him to be allowed to leave in January. The fact he didn't cut it in Brazil is also a signal of his limitations. Thanks for the memories Ruben, I loved watching you in yellow but I think we got this call right.

It is very early in the season but I am beginning to wonder whether Burnley might follow in the footsteps of Luton and Leicester.
Burnley will sack their manager bring in someone like Sean Dyche and stay up in around mid table imo

2-1 stevenage. Seems our win was decent considering our off feild problems.
Didn't Stevenage make the play offs last season?
I believe they conceded something mad like only 12 goals at their home stadium.
Not getting carried away with it but maybe we didn't appreciate what a good win it was at the time.
