I watched the second half onwards with no issues, meet have been local to you. What speeds so you get?

I always drop the video quality to 540p rather than leave it on auto. I don’t notice any drop in actual quality and the stuttering completely disappears.

I have been given a list of things to check (including Chuckbertsv solution) on my system as it seems it was only me.
TBF ifollow were very prompt with their reply when I asked for a ‘refund’ .
