On the transfer window thread, tweet that there is a large backlog on processing deals so could be the reason.
I guess it's been one of the busier deadline days, plus these new deal forms may have delayed processing

There must be thousands of football fans up and down the country this morning not sure if they signed players or not due to this new scheme that the EFL intoduced for this window. I would have thought that this in itself is story worthy of national interest. Apparently not. I have just watched BBC Breakfast News and their take on the the last day of the window was 'there were only seven transfers yesterday'.

What I don't get is you have a month to get transfers over the line, but then we will just add a couple of hours on. Either extend the deadline by those couple of hours or just make it a hard one so clubs don't just f**k about haggling (which is what happens), its not like there is a shortage of time before deadline day to actually get deals done.

A left footed player playing on the left wing - a rarity in Oxford squads these days. This should provide more balance and variety up front.

He's Irish so the pronunciation of his name could be interesting. 😆

There are also thousands that go to bed about 11.30pm and get up about 7am to find out soon enough who and who not were signed.

In the grand scheme of things does it really matter that you didn't know by midnight whom clubs had and had not signed.

What significant consequences caused you problems.

Pleased with this signing, Millwall fans seem pretty complementary towards his time with them, he’s not the finished article but they say there’s a player in him, hopefully we can unlock his potential.
