An interesting read.
The changes in the u23 programme seem to have come about for a number of reasons. Finance being one, obviously, and the promising youngsters coming through but it seems a more focused development approach. I wonder if this would have happened anyway, regardless of finance, as the 1st year has seemed to be a learning process for the system as a whole.
I like the idea of the club getting the u15s working with those outside the club as well as they did with Oxford City Lions futsal squad. A different viewpoint and learning different techniques can only be a good thing.
Also, congratulations to the u14 Faris Mohammad for being awarded the Randall Bates Memorial Trophy.
