I'm not convinced by the argument for any kind of wage cap. Fully agree with better scrutiny of prospective owners and the "parachute" payment scheme is flawed and needs to change. 2 out of 3 ain't bad but, not enough for me to sign, sorry.

My issue with the Football League owners test is what can they really do if they find something? They are limited by law and I think people expect so much more than what they can actually do.

I would like more extensive regulation and monitoring of Agents. Personally, I don't think clubs should be able to pay agents who represent players as well. The Agent either works for clubs or for players but can't play both sides of the fence.
