Fan's View A quick reflection about the fans on Saturday

I know I had a dig at day trippers etc, but it really has to be said I thought both sets of fans were a credit on Saturday.

Two sets of fans with the right attitude towards each item, no problems from what I could see and a healthy respect shown.

Credit to the Bolton fans who took a hard defeat on the chin and congratulated us as we walked past, and I am sure it would have been the same if it was the other way around.

Now let's get those who attended in yellow and blue that don't normally come truly converted to the U's cause !

Yeah I must say it felt a lot different to last time I went to Wembley, with Barnsley fans shouting abuse in people's faces and trying to start fights.

I've seen Oxford at Bolton a couple of times and also been in the home end (and away end at Wigan) many years ago as my then girlfriend was a Bolton supporter. Good fanbase and the place is friendly too.
