We've been in similar league position to them at a similar time of the season and made the playoffs so they shouldn't be taken lightly. Hope we csn pick up three points as Wycombe the following week is a tough one.

Not that I don't disagree that Lincoln shouldn't be taken seriously, but, assuming you're talking about last season, they're not exactly where we were - on 6 Jan last year we were 9 points and 6 points better off than them having played 2 games fewer. They won't be pushovers, but they should certainly be a side we are expecting to beat.

Just had a glance at their results and they really are terrible. They haven't won a game of football since 6 November - a 1-0 win in the FA Cup over Bowers & Pitsea - and haven't won in the league since 26 October - although that, weirdly, was away at Wigan!

We mustn't allow ourselves to be distracted by outside influences on this one and drop more points like we did on Saturday

Any fellow yellows sampling the bright lights of Lincoln tomorrow evening?
@Pete Burrett and @Lincolyellow1 might be worth enlisting for a bit of local (ish) knowledge?

Skeg-vegas isn't too for from Lincoln either .... though the baltic temperatures predicted tonight/tomorrow night could make the windswept estuary resort less attractive for a night out?
