Think itll be a close game, city have a few former oufc players in their team, & city at home are more used to the erratic bounce of the 4g pitch. Owen James & Albie Hopkins are eligible for the U's albeit theyre on loan at city. Also Jack Stevens was on loan at city a while ago. Predict a 3-1 u's win , Jonte Smith , James and Lofthouse ... crowd of around 280

Footnote. If theres a ground where @amershamdave s dog actually does run on the pitch cpf is a likely candidate !

I thought we looked well off it tonight, City good value for their win for me, they were unlucky not to have got more. We looked very vunerable on the right.

City put a strong team out of first team squad players.
Us started strongly going 1 up around ten min in
Halfway through 1st half city seemed to have the measure of our youngsters....equalised after shredding the defence on our right from our throw in thier half. City went in front on the stroke of ht. Cliched though it is that seemed to knock the stuffing out of our youngsters. 2nd half created a few half chances but not much else. Citys 3rd looked on the cards way before it came. Jack Stevens pulled off a number of quality saves including a double save to keep the score as it was.
