What a brilliant day that was, followed by a great night in the Quarry Gate. Don’t know how the local businesses coped with all those staff shortages the next day ?

I was there ?. At my father-in-laws today, he's a QPR fan, I'll be sure to remind him... ?

My Grandad (RIP) was born a QPR fan in Shepherds Bush. But he came to live in Oxford in his twenties when he got a job at Pressed Steel. I remember him being torn about who he wanted to win as he supported the U's from non-league! In the end being the jovial character he was he said he couldn't lose as one of the two clubs he loved so much would win. I saw him the day after and he was pleased as punch!!
