Oxford being Oxford, we will no doubt get beat!

Hope it am wrong!

Same side or maybe swap Harris for Kes.

Is Bram fit to make the bench ?

Must win game without stating the obvious

Get behind the boys

I expected it to become available shortly before ko but seemingly not

So should be available on the clubs streaming service.

Trying to think back to last season if all the games were shown on Sky.

Bit of a p**s take, we were told all NON 3pm games would be shown on Sky, clearly not as the fixtures were always planned!

I’d probably go same team tonight but definite changes for Ipswich and Sheffield United. There’s temptations to change as every single player in the squad, aside of the keeper and centre backs, has failed miserably all season to back up an encouraging performance with another encouraging performance. I’m not sure what says they can reverse that trend tonight but you couldn’t blame Short for going same again - and just hope the penny has to drop at some point.

I’d start Lankshear and Krastev. Maybe even Dembele. Surprise them a bit.

Two consecutive wins would be huge for our survival chances. Hopefully the game at their place has been properly analysed and learned from..

Looking forward to giving our old friend Vigaroux a warm welcome, we can get under his skin which can lead to mistakes as we've seen before. Both barrels, lads!

Yes, there’s a definite argument for change. I just think, new broom and all that, it might be worth giving them one more chance to see if they’re capable of performing at this level twice in two games. No question though, it’s a huge risk given what we’ve seen so far. The three obvious concerns are Mills, Placheta and Goodrham:- all very good and worked tirelessly on Saturday but all absolute garbage a lot of the rest of the time. Prelec and L Harris have been used a bit more sparingly but have hardly lit up the place either.

Fingers crossed we get the points and with a bit of self belief amongst the players that they can deliver back to back.

At very least 1 but probably all 3 points needed - don’t really care how we get them - but another performance like Boxing Day would be great - unchanged team I hope unless by some miracle cam is better - I’m hoping stan mills confidence is high and he can push on to meet his potential.

If i could just trouble someone for back to back wins and a penalty id be very grateful thanks
Also if they could please take these blummin christmas gift toberlone off me as well if its not too much to ask, i just ate an entire one for breakfast

This game has got defeat written all over it. It's Oxford it what we do it's time for the players to stand up and show they can win against the crapper teams in this league aswel as the top teams . Don't just raise your game for the Southampton's and Ipswich's do it against the dregs aswel

Looking at last year it was the same situation where only a few games were selected for TV. Seems like this round of fixtures aren't part of the TV deal.
Every game on New Years Day is on Sky as is our game on Sunday vs Sheff U.

The problem before seemed to be that our defensive, counter attacking style worked against the better sides, but we struggled and ran out of ideas when we faced the poorer ones. Hopefully a more attacking lineup and approach will change that, and we might just actually win by trying to pass the ball and attack…?!

Would say same starting XI as against Southampton except would bring Krastev in for Harris.

Would also like to add my name to the 'why isn't this on Sky Sports +' crew, given this seems such an odd one not to be.

On Boxing Day there seem to be a lot of cars parked in the science park. Is that now available public match day parking?

Unfortunetly this is how i see it too. As fans we need to channel the same cup tie, us against the world atmosphere that we had against Ipswich and Southampton. Its that fight thatll win us the game.

We have absolutely no right to win this game and form says we wont unless we truly take the game to the opposition.

Today's fixtures are classed as "displaced games", presumably on the basis that they would have been Saturday games had we not have had a full Boxing Day program.

Sky can only show eight EFL games (4 Championship and 2 each from L1& 2) on a Saturday, so we get the equivalent number of matches for this tranche of fixtures - we just didn't get chosen.
