Compared to last summers efforts, I would actually take a debacle!I really do hope that this transfer period don’t turn into a debacle for us ! Thank goodness it’s early doors but the interest in Chaplin is interesting. At 29 perhaps getting a little over the hill but he will obviously want a long contract before hanging up his Boots playing professional football although a free agent.
Jesus, what am I, 15?Don’t give him the attention then.
Save your blood pressure & worry about real issues, not what someone posts in a sarcastic way.
If attention is what he craves (unsure that it is) then you are giving it to him.
Don’t get your knickers in a twist then.Jesus, what am I, 15?
Thanks for the free life lesson.
Move on.
My mate had a particularly successful bet on an FA Cup final, which allowed him to buy himself one of those. We decided to spend a week going on a roadtrip from Leicester to Scotland, only he was too scared to drive it in the motor way because of being in all those lorries' blind spots, so we stuck to B roads. Took us so long that we didn't get further than Hull before turning back.Triumph Spitfire. Had air conditioning in the floor.
And don't get ne started on the sleeve sponsorSurely we're still 2 months away from doing our transfer business, and 3 months from the shirt announcement??
I'm still hoping they change their minds and allow us to have one of those Sky Bet Championship sleeve patches. And don't get ne started on the sleeve sponsor
I’m sure agent Stuart will put in a good wordSeen a random mention of Frankie Kent on a free. Don't know if made it onto here yet.
Isn’t Bannan going back to Sheff Wed?And BDK. Would be the best player in L1.
Surly he’s collecting his pension by now! Jokes aside I thought Bannan was the best player on the pitch at the Den on the last dayIsn’t Bannan going back to Sheff Wed?
That’s because Brian didn’t playSurly he’s collecting his pension by now! Jokes aside I thought Bannan was the best player on the pitch at the Den on the last day
I'm hoping the club put an end to all of this sleeve nonsense emphatically and announce the new shirt in the style of the Cameroon top...

We don't want this man. Agent-driven w****r.Can we assume Lisbie's camp is in a position to be playing clubs off against each other - or that he doesn't want to s?
The comments suggesting this on BBC Peterborough were clearly disingenuous.
They and Reading were supposed to have pulled out because we (and an unnamed club) made stronger bids for him. But there's no evidence that those bids were accepted, and today's story indicates they probably haven't been.
We are reported to have held talks with the player last month. For all we know terms have been agreed in principle.
Sounds more like Colchester are the ones doing the haggling doesn't it?
So, I’m taking it that you’ve been close to the negotiations and had some dealings with the agent then? Personally, I don’t know how reliable these various posters are, so I thought I’d wait to see how things play out. Controversial stuff I know.We don't want this man. Agent-driven w****r.
Breaking news; footballer try’s to get the best deal for him and his family. We don't want this man. Agent-driven w****r.

Is there something obvious I'm missing here? I'd like to understand.Breaking news; footballer try’s to get the best deal for him and his family.
It baffles me when we have players who signed for us because we paid them more than another team would.Bizarre outburst.
He will want the best deal possible. The agent’s job is to get him that. He will go to another club and say they are offering him X amount, can you beat it or match it.Is there something obvious I'm missing here? I'd like to understand.
Colchester simply set their price in stone and now Lisbie and his big-time agent are leading every club in League One on a merry little dance?
There's no chance his club is holding out for the highest bidder?
