Transfer Window 26/27 Summer Embargo Window

Absolutely.

A reminder our January signings were awful and the club continue to have a desire to move a few favourites on.

A reminder our two recognised strikers haven't scored much in two years.

One of our January signings was that star L1 midfielder.

Our strikers haven’t scored much in two years which coincides exactly with the last time they were in L1.

Your points reinforce mine. L1 isn’t very good.

For god's sake give it a rest. For the umpteenth time there are no current embargoes in the whole of the EFL. You are perpetuating a mythical rumour started by some troll without any evidence to substantiate it.
I'm not a troll.like I said probably bullshit.

An absolutely bizarre turn of events where those who have criticised pretty much every signing over the last two years are now bigging up Simon Eastwood as a worthy back up to Cumming!!!!
I think what we are actually saying is, in a cost cutting summer, there are other areas to worry about. We chose to cash in on a perfectly capable under contract backup keeper, and have brought in only a Hearts reserve centre back.

I think people honestly need to shake their heads a bit about where we are as a club this summer, it really is not a club that screams investment and going for it. So if it’s a choice of competition for Harris, a defensive midfielder, or a reserve keeper, it is absolutely no contest.

Sorry, been caught up with everything going on with the stadium. I didn't realise that the transfer window had closed?!

s**t, you're right, we are in trouble!

A fine for late submission followed up by more extreme measures if that continues.

Nothing posted in the Gazette at present though.

Emergency goalkeeper loans are only allowed if you have no 'professional' goalkeepers available (one who's played five or more times in the Premier League or EFL), meaning if Cumming gets injured the day after the window closes and we don't have any spaces left in the squad for an out-of-contract keeper, we'd be playing with Eastwood in goal.

For someone usually so critical of the club's transfer business, I'm surprised you'd be happy with the club negligibly not signing a back-up keeper.
Eastwood is fine as a backup keeper at this level and an out of contract keeper coming in to cover a long term injury wouldn’t have to be cold as Eastwood could play a couple of games until they’re ready.

Are you joking?
I think people don’t understand how dross League one has been the past 2 seasons we’ve been out of it. The standard is shocking. Lincoln pissed the league with near enough the same squad they had when we was in it.
If you watched the playoffs you will see how bad it is.

We have several of the best players in their respective positions if we hold onto everyone.

More than enough to go back up with what we currently have. That isn’t to say I don’t think we should add more.

Aren’t transfer embargoes only where accounts are late? Confirmation statements are just an ownership / position of influence document, nothing to do with the actual accounts.

Plus allocation of shares etc etc.

Also, CH have introduced their new digital ID checks for those in control. Might have slowed things down. 🤷‍♀️

No. That's not true, is it?

Eastwood is not good enough. Wasn't back then, isn't now. However, a third keeper who will never get close is better than wasting thousands per week on an experienced understudy, when you also have a young kid itching to be involved

It is nevertheless a legal requirement for it to be submitted and appears to be overdue from the end of February. The fact that no strike off action has been started and all other submissions have been made on time presumably means this is an ongoing controlled process but as to why you wouldn’t submit on time who knows
